COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, October 15, 2026 — Space Information Sharing and Analysis Center (Space ISAC) is pleased to announce XCOM Space, an Australia-based space cybersecurity and resilience company, as a member of its global information-sharing community. This significant development is set to have an immediate impact on strengthening international collaboration in identifying and responding to emerging cyber threats, sharing actionable threat intelligence, enhancing the security and resilience of space missions and supporting infrastructure.

The objective of this new membership is to increase collaboration, share knowledge and expertise, and advance cyber threat intelligence across the global space sector. By welcoming XCOM Space into its international community, Space ISAC aims to further strengthen industry collaboration, improve collective situational awareness, and support the identification and mitigation of cybersecurity risks affecting satellites, ground segments, communications networks, and interconnected space infrastructure.

Joining Space ISAC represents an important milestone in our mission to strengthen the cybersecurity and resilience of space systems. As space infrastructure becomes increasingly interconnected and critical to everyday services, protecting it requires a mission-aware understanding of cyber threats, operational dependencies, and potential consequences. We look forward to contributing Australian expertise, sharing research and threat intelligence, and collaborating with the international space community to help safeguard space missions and critical infrastructure.

— Arnold Chan, Director of XCOM Space

This new membership underscores XCOM Space's commitment to advancing space cybersecurity, fostering international cooperation, and supporting the development of more secure and resilient space operations.

Furthermore, XCOM Space's commitment to mission-aware cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and resilience research reflects its dedication to addressing emerging threats across the space ecosystem. Its specialist expertise and participation in Space ISAC's information-sharing community will contribute to collective efforts to identify vulnerabilities, exchange actionable intelligence, strengthen preparedness, and mitigate cybersecurity risks affecting space missions and infrastructure.

This development leverages XCOM Space's capabilities in cybersecurity engineering, space cyber threat intelligence, threat modelling, mission assurance, resilience assessments and security research, which align with Space ISAC's mission to protect global space systems. XCOM Space's work focuses on understanding and addressing cybersecurity risks across interconnected space architectures, including satellite systems, ground infrastructure, communications networks, and positioning, navigation, and timing (PNT) services. These capabilities contribute to a mission-oriented approach to identifying threats, assessing operational consequences, and improving the security and resilience of space systems.

We're pleased to welcome XCOM Space to Space ISAC. As threats to space systems grow in scale and sophistication, no single organization can defend against them alone. XCOM Space brings expertise in specialized cybersecurity and mission-assurance capabilities for space systems across orbital, ground, and RF domains, which will strengthen our members' shared understanding of the threat landscape, and we look forward to working alongside them to keep the space ecosystem secure.

— Erin Miller, Executive Director of Space ISAC

Looking ahead, XCOM Space and Space ISAC look forward to building on this new relationship and fostering meaningful collaboration across the global space security community. Together, we aim to advance cyber threat intelligence sharing, strengthen collective threat awareness, promote mission-focused approaches to cybersecurity and resilience. This membership provides a foundation for continued knowledge exchange, technical cooperation, collaborative efforts to address emerging security challenges and support the long-term resilience of space missions and critical infrastructure.
