Established in Sydney, Australia by certified space and security professionals to address the growing cyber threat to space infrastructure.
GNSS Research Project Launched
Initiated dedicated research into GNSS spoofing and jamming attack vectors, developing detection methodologies for satellite navigation systems.
IAC 2025 — Sydney
Paper accepted and presented at the International Astronautical Congress: "Hijacking the Cosmos: The Impact of GNSS Attacks on Critical Space Systems."
HADES Program Initiated
Launched the Honeypot-based Adversary Detection and Emulation System (HADES) research program — accepted to ECCWS 2026.
XCOM Space Incorporated
Incorporated in Sydney. Received NATO CAGE Code and registered with ESA, UEID... — establishing XCOM Space as a research & development, and space cyber security organisation.
ECCWS 2026 Publication
HADES paper accepted to the 25th European Conference on Cyber Warfare and Security, expanding XCOM Space's international research footprint.
QRNav
QRNav — a low-cost roadside QR marker system providing independent visual checkpoints to improve trust and resilience of GNSS positioning in urban environments.
An Australian Guide to Space Cybersecurity
Contributed to an industry guide developed through the ISACA Sydney Chapter Space Cybersecurity Special Interest Group — providing practical guidance on cybersecurity, governance and resilience across space systems, infrastructure and space-enabled services.
Tiānqǐ 天启 In-Orbit Mission
LoRaWAN Ambasat-1 ChipSat onboard the Ambasat CubeSat mission — flight heritage and low earth orbit infrastructure validation.
AEGIS & Next-Gen Programs
Active development of AEGIS and classified next-generation space cybersecurity capabilities for government and defence partners.
